Hi everyone. There are a few more opportunities that have come up for you to be able to earn community service hours.
SPIRIT WEEK is all next week -- Monday through Friday.
For every day that you participate, you can earn 3 service hours. Please stop by my room (5102) OR Mrs. Cardenas's room (2109) EACH DAY you dress for each event and we will sign your form. These must be signed daily so that we can verify your participation. You can earn 15 hours throughout the whole week and you will be helping raise funds for all of your 8th grade activities!!
On Wednesday, December 6, we will be having a Curriculum Showcase involving all of the neighbor elementary schools, our middle school, and our high school. The event will take place at Hialeah Gardens High School in the cafeteria at 5:30pm. It ends at 8pm, but you can leave anytime after 6:30pm depending on how much time you want to volunteer. If you are interested, please report to the high school that day by 5:30pm and make sure to wear your club tshirt! I can sign your service log form on Thursday at school.

HIALEAH GARDENS MIDDLE SCHOOL -- The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding middle level students. More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character and Citizenship.
