HIALEAH GARDENS MIDDLE SCHOOL -- The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) is the nation's premier organization established to recognize outstanding middle level students. More than just an honor roll, NJHS serves to honor those students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of Scholarship, Leadership, Service, and Character and Citizenship. These characteristics have been associated with membership in the organization since their beginnings in 1929.

Announcements and Upcoming Events
*Monday, April 9, is your absolute last chance to turn in all community service hours to me.
*Your "Teacher Appreciation Gift" is due by Wednesday, April 11.
*May 2, 2012, is the induction ceremony for the incoming 7th graders. Attendance is mandatory for the officers and those receiving awards. The rest of you are highly encouraged to attend to show the new students your support and well wishes.
*The last day of school, June 7, you will be honored with a breakfast in the media center, served to you by the new inductees to the NJHS.
